About:	My name is Dr. Alex Shalman, and I am a cosmetic dentist in New York City and New Jersey. I am also a fifth generation dentist. Since my great, great grandmother finished dental school in 1917 to become one of the first female dentists in Moscow, Russia, my family has been practicing dentistry for nearly 100 years. I am the first male dentist. <br> <br>I am obsessed with aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry, and I specialize in designing beautiful, healthy smiles with innovative technology. My desire for knowledge and belief in constant and never-ending improvement has led me to meet and learn cutting edge dentistry from some of the most prominent dental professionals in the world. (Herein designated Experience Dentistry)

The Experience Dentistry team and its founders understand that privacy is crucial to the ongoing success in technological advancements in the dental industry and the Internet as an informative medium. Our application is a critical tool for educating and empowering the dental industry and their respective patients. Our users’ privacy is always a primary concern. Use of our website is governed by the following terms and conditions.

Given the stated purpose of the information presented on the Experience Dentistry website, all visitors and users of the application agree that Experience Dentistry is not responsible in any manner or to any extent for the consequences of any action(s) taken by any individual(s) and patient(s) as a result of using the information presented by Dentists and specialists using the Experience Dentistry application. Users shall respect the security of the Section and not attempt to gain access to areas private to Experience Dentistry or other users. The Experience Dentistry application is not to be used to conduct any activities that are in violation of any rule, regulation or law.

Information to Users and Subscribers

Several sections of our site allow you to submit and upload information, respond to information or deliver information directly to one or more users at a time. Obtaining written informed patient consent and authorization for the use and disclosure of protected health information to D Vision, L.L.C. d/b/a Experience Dentistry, for the purpose of carrying out treatment, payment and healthcare plans. The consent and authorization should also include the use and disclosure for the purpose of transferring, sharing and storage of digital information specifically to Experience Dentistry.
Providing Notice of Privacy Practices to each patient with proper patient acknowledgement of receipt.

These terms and conditions shall be in full compliance with the Privacy Rule of the Act.
